A friendly welcome and excellent accommodation for our mini break in Seaton. Nothing seemed too much trouble for Debbie and Derek, my wife and I had a relaxing and enjoyable time. The rooms were lovely with amazing attention to detail, the kitchen was extremely well equipped, much better than I had expected, the garden was delightful and the weather even held for a barbecue. The views were stunning and the surrouding area including the beach, harbour and cliffs were lovely. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for accommodation which has a real homely feel at an affordable price. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend the Barrel OŽBeer for a lovely meal out and Trotters for a good breakfast!

The garden out the back would have been lovely to sit in if we had had better weather, but the weather didn't really interfere with what we wanted to do and see. I never mind leaving,not having seen everything, because you can always come back.

From Mr and Mrs Huitson 16th June 07 - Comfortable, conveniently located for our walking holiday and good value for money. We found somewhere different to walk to every day, and can particularly recommend all the cliff path sections between Seaton and Budleigh Salterton. Bus transport was reliable. We hope to return.

A lovely location with good walks to Beer, Branscombe and Axmouth via the Golf Club and country lanes. The bird hide and the March also provide a very pleasant distraction with sightings of a variety of birds etc. kingfisher, curlews, egret and hawks. All in all a lovely relaxing experience!
