The Double Bedroom –   has views of the sea and Axe valley with 4’ 6” bed and en suite shower room.


The Single Bedroom  –   with 3’ bed and en suite shower room is available at an additional charge when hired with the annexe.

         
The Lounge –   is comfortably furnished and has TV and DVD player. The patio doors lead to the garden with stunning views over the Axe Valley. The garden and patio with garden table and chairs are for guests use.

The Kitchen Diner –   is fully equipped with Smeg dual oven, combination microwave and fridge with small freezer compartment.

Additional Facilities -   Bed linen, towels (please bring your own beach towels), iron, ironing board and hair dryer are provided. In the kitchen dish cloths, t-towels, washing-up-liquid and other cleaning materials are provided. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available by arrangement at no extra cost.
A cool box and cool bag rucksack with picnic set for two is available for your use together with a windbreak and rush mats for the beach.
