Outstanding views of the sea and Axe Valley
This beautifully presented property, which is totally self-contained, has outstanding views of the sea and the Axe valley and is perfect for couples or a single traveler for a holiday base to visit Seaton, Beer and the surrounding areas.
The accommodation comprises of one double bedroom with en suite shower room, kitchen diner, lounge and private garden area outside.
The annexe is adjoined to the owners' main property, has gas fired central heating and is situated in a private road on the west side of Seaton and has the advantage of off road parking.
For those of you who are looking for an active holiday we are able to provide secure storage for bikes, paddleboards etc and an outside tap is available.
Parking for a trailer or small boat can be made available by prior arrangement.
Bed linen and towels are available. Please bring your own beach towels.
Restrictions: No smoking on the property and no pets. Sorry but we cannot accept Credit Cards.
